This Privacy Policy describes how SLABBIES, LLC ("Slabbies," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the Peachy mobile application, the Peachy Eats ordering experience, peachy.golf, and any related services (collectively, the "Services").

By using the Services, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Quick Summary

This summary is for convenience only and does not replace the full policy below.

• We collect account information, information about the rounds you play and the bets you track, orders you place through Peachy Eats, and technical information about your device.
• We share information with the golf courses you play and order from and with service providers who run our infrastructure. When you order through Peachy Eats, that includes sharing your on-course location with the course so staff can find you.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We may license aggregated or deidentified data that cannot reasonably identify you. See Section 7.
• The Services are intended for users 18 and older.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

• Account information: name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, home course, handicap or index, and any other information you add to your profile.
• Club and social information: the friend groups ("Clubs") you create or join, members you invite, and invitations you send.
• Round and scoring information: tee times, courses played, scores, hole-by-hole results, and the side bets, wagers, and games you and your Club record (skins, closest-to-pin, presses, and similar).
• Settlement information: the amounts recorded between you and other users, who owes whom, and whether a settlement has been marked complete.
• Order information (Peachy Eats): items ordered, delivery location on course, special instructions, and order history.
• Payment information: if we process payments, payment card and billing details are collected and stored by our third-party payment processor. We do not store full payment card numbers.
• Communications: messages you send us, support requests, survey responses, and feedback.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Device and technical information: device model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, mobile network, app version, language, and time zone.
• Usage information: features used, screens viewed, taps and interactions, session length and frequency, and crash and diagnostic data.
• Location information: precise or approximate location, including for on-course delivery, identifying which course you are at, and course-based features. You can control location permissions in your device settings; some features will not work without location access.
• Cookies and similar technologies: on our website and in certain in-app content. See Section 10.

2.3 Information From Other Sources

• Other users: when someone invites you to a Club, records a round or bet involving you, or refers you to the Services.
• Golf courses and partners: tee time information, order fulfillment status, and, where applicable, membership or loyalty status.
• Third-party sign-in: if you sign in through Apple, Google, or another provider, we receive the information you authorize that provider to share.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Create and administer your account and Clubs;
• Provide core functionality, including round organization, bet tracking, scoring, and settlement records;
• Route, fulfill, and deliver Peachy Eats orders, including sharing your location and order with course staff;
• Process transactions and maintain transaction records;
• Send transactional messages, push notifications, and service announcements;
• Send marketing communications, where permitted, from which you may opt out at any time;
• Personalize content, features, and recommendations;
• Measure, analyze, and improve the Services, including product analytics and A/B testing;
• Provide reporting and analytics to golf courses and partners about ordering, spend, and on-course activity;
• Develop new products and services, including aggregated and deidentified data products;
• Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms of Service;
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and
• Any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or to which you consent.

4. How We Share Information

4.1 With Other Users

Your name, profile photo, and information about rounds, scores, bets, and settlements are visible to the members of your Clubs and to users you play rounds with. Do not record information in the Services that you do not want your Club members to see.

4.2 With Golf Courses and Venue Partners

When you place an order or use Peachy features at a participating course, we share order details, your on-course location, your name, and contact information with that course and its staff so they can fulfill the order and provide service. We may also provide courses with reports and analytics regarding orders, spend, timing, and player activity at their facility.

4.3 With Service Providers

We share information with vendors who perform services on our behalf, including cloud hosting, payment processing, customer support, messaging and push notification delivery, product analytics, crash reporting, mapping, email delivery, and fraud prevention. These vendors are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.

4.4 Analytics and Diagnostics

We use analytics and crash-reporting tools to understand how the Services perform and to find and fix defects. These providers act as our service providers and process information only on our behalf and under contract. We do not share personal information with advertising networks or data brokers, and we do not deliver targeted advertising in the Services.

4.5 Aggregated and Deidentified Data

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.

We may create, use, license, and sell aggregated, anonymized, and deidentified data derived from your use of the Services — for example, aggregate statistics about ordering patterns, course activity, spending behavior, and play trends. Once data is aggregated or deidentified in a manner that cannot reasonably be used to identify you, we may use and disclose it for any purpose without restriction, and we will maintain and use it in deidentified form and will not attempt to reidentify it except as permitted by law.

If we ever begin selling or sharing personal information as those terms are defined by law, we will update this policy and provide the opt-out mechanism the law requires before doing so.

4.6 Business Transfers

If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of all or part of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

4.7 Legal and Safety

We may disclose information when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with law, legal process, or a governmental request; to enforce our Terms of Service; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Slabbies, our users, or others; or to detect and address fraud or security issues.

4.8 With Your Direction or Consent

We share information for any other purpose with your consent or at your direction.

5. Push Notifications and Communications

With your permission, we send push notifications about tee times, Club activity, order status, settlement reminders, and product updates. You can disable push notifications in your device settings at any time. We may also send you emails and text messages; you can opt out of marketing messages by using the unsubscribe link or replying STOP. We will continue to send transactional and account-related messages regardless of your marketing preferences.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active and as long as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain business records. Round, bet, and settlement history may be retained after account deletion to preserve the records of other users who participated in those rounds. Aggregated and deidentified data may be retained indefinitely.

7. Your Privacy Rights and Choices

7.1 Sale and Sharing of Personal Information

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising or targeted advertising. Because we do not engage in those activities, there is no sale-or-sharing opt out to exercise.

If that ever changes, we will update this policy and provide the opt-out mechanism required by law — including honoring opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control — before any such sale or sharing begins.

We do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16 years of age.

7.2 State Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live — including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas, Oregon, Montana, Delaware, Iowa, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Minnesota, Maryland, Tennessee, Indiana, Kentucky, and Rhode Island — you may have the right to:

• Know and access the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclose it;
• Delete personal information we have collected from you;
• Correct inaccurate personal information;
• Obtain a portable copy of your personal information;
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling;
• Limit the use of sensitive personal information, including precise geolocation; and
• Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

To exercise these rights, contact us at peachysocialgolf@gmail.com or use the controls in the app. We will verify your request by confirming control of the email address or phone number on your account, and may request additional information for sensitive requests. You may use an authorized agent, subject to proof of authorization.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by emailing peachysocialgolf@gmail.com with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will respond to your appeal within the timeframe required by applicable law.

7.3 Categories of Personal Information (California Notice at Collection)

In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information and disclosed each category for a business purpose. We have not sold any category, and we have not shared any category for cross-context behavioral advertising:

Disclosures for a business purpose are not sales or sharing. In particular, when you place a Peachy Eats order we disclose your on-course location to the participating course so its staff can fulfill and deliver that order; that disclosure is made at your direction to provide the service you requested, and the course may not use it for its own advertising. We retain each category for the period described in Section 6. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted without a right to limit under applicable law, except as described in this policy.

7.4 Access and Deletion in the App

You can review and edit your profile information at any time in the app. You can delete your account under Settings → Delete Account, or by emailing peachysocialgolf@gmail.com.

8. Children's Privacy

The Services are intended for users 18 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact peachysocialgolf@gmail.com.

9. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for functionality and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings.

In the app, we use software development kits for crash reporting, push notification delivery, and mapping. We do not use advertising SDKs, we do not collect Apple's IDFA or Google's Advertising ID, and we do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. Because we do not track you in that sense, the app does not present Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. If we introduce tracking in the future, we will request your permission through that prompt before any tracking begins.

11. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services integrate with and link to third-party services, including payment processors, golf course systems, mapping providers, and sign-in providers. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one.

12. Users Outside the United States

The Services are operated in the United States and intended for users in the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to, stored in, and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated policy with a revised "Last Updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
